Baton Rouge Distilling Baton Rouge Distilling is a craft micro-distillery founded, engineered and operated by a husband and wife team, both LSU alumni.

Interesting spirits are our passion! With our tiny 52-gallon pot still, each batch is a journey! It is the perfect size for our experiments, allowing us to test recipes and expand production when we discover something exciting.
