The Frontier Pub weekly special for March 11 - 13 is a Buffalo Chicken Wrap – breaded chicken tossed in blue cheese buffalo sauce and wrapped in a 12" flour tortilla with shredded lettuce, carrot, and purple cabbage. Served with fries and a pickle – $8.50.

There is also a Friday lent special – pepper & egg sandwich – a fried egg with peppers, onions, and cheddar cheese on your choice of breads – $6.00.

The April lunch for Chez Leon will be held on Wednesday, April 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $15.00 per person. The menu: Starter – Cheesy Bacon & Asparagus Flatbread – fresh asparagus, crispy bacon, lemon, olive oil, and mozzarella cheese on rustic flatbread. Entrée – Turkey Bolognese Fettucine w/ fresh basil and Romano cheese served with grilled vegetables and garlic toast. Dessert – Tiramisu Crepes – coffee and mascarpone filled crepes with topped mocha whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and powered sugar. Please call ext. 3524 by March 27th for reservations.

The Frontier Pub weekly special for March 4 - 6 is a Steak Quesadilla – flank steak, shredded Monterrey Jack cheese, peppers, and onions on a flour tortilla. Served with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and tri-color tortilla chips - $8.50.

The Frontier Pub weekly special for Feb. 26 - 28 is a Turkey Rueben Sandwich – sliced turkey breast topped with 1000 island dressing, swiss cheese and sauerkraut on grilled marble rye. Served with fries for $8.00. This special will also be available for lunch on February 28th.

Special for February 19 - 21

The Frontier Pub weekly special for Feb. 19 - 21 is a Guacamole Turkey Burger– A flat iron grilled turkey burger topped with choice of cheese, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, and onion on a grilled pretzel bun. Served with fries for $8.00. This special will also be available for lunch on February 21st.

The Frontier Pub weekly special for Feb. 12 & 13 is a Taco Burger– A taco seasoned flat iron burger topped with shredded Monterrey Jack cheese, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, & salsa a grilled pretzel bun. Served with fries for $8.50. This special will also be available for lunch on Friday February 14th. Please note that due to special Valentines Day dinner being held on Friday, February 14, the kitchen will not be serving the normal menu on that night, only the special dinner menu will be available.

The February lunch for Chez Leon will be held on Wednesday, February 5, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. The cost is $15.00 per person. The menu for this day: Starter – Potato Leek Soup. Entrée – Miso Glazed Salmon with Jasmine Rice and Grilled Bok Choy. Dessert – Yuzu Curd Berries Katafi - Japanese citrus lemon curd, fresh berries, and shredded phyllo dough with powdered sugar and honey.
