Alright cuties, it's time to say goodbye. We've made the hard choice to close this week, a little earlier than expected, mostly due to our very quiet daytime sales.

If you need a poptart or a maple latte before we go, stop by Friday for our final day! We'll be here from 7:30am-4pm with our normal cafe service, and then running a simple dinner that evening from 4-8pm (think burgers, veggie burgers, fries, and a salad).

AND THEN IT'S PARTY TIME! Lets dance until we cry and then dance and then cry again. Should be a good (or at least really emotionally charged) night. We're going late 80's/early 90's themed, because Livv found this cute picture of a fox holding a boombox and it felt fitting.

Foxy's is getting Moroccan Inspired this weekend! Our menu is also, honestly just by chance, almost entirely gluten and dairy free with a whole bunch of vegan options as well- so it's a great weekend to come enjoy a meal with all your friends who may not often be able to eat out.

Foxy's is getting French! I was surprised to find how inspired I was by French food (specifically, I was looking into the foods of Breton). European foods have never been a source of frequent or readily available inspiration for me as a chef. But digging into the culture and cuisine of Breton, I found rich and balanced and beautifully unique items I have never made or thought of before, that I am overjoyed to create for y'all.
Come in this Friday and Saturday, August 29th-30th, from 4-8pm, to try our menu out.

Our menu at Foxy's this weekend 8/22-8/23! I found inspiration in the cuisine of the island of Java in Indonesia. While influenced heavily by surrounding cultures and cuisines, Java has a culinary point of view that is unique, intense, and absolutely fascinating. Expect fresh, herbaceous ginger & lemongrass, sultry, luscious coconut, spicy sambal oelek, and tangy, sweet tamarind notes throughout.

Also, if someone would like to take me on a trip to Java (or honestly any Indonesian island), I'd be very, very willing.
