We have lost a true legend.
Kind, funny, caring and one of the best known names in our community and certainly our industry.

We will be closed Friday night and Saturday Lunch!

There is the info you need to know.
If you read on it's the explanation and mini rant if you care to hear.

To say it's been a challenging string of weather would be an understatement. February always sucks anyway so we are sort of used to it after 13 years.

Yes, we close partly because we want to insure the safety of our staff and guests but there are a few more things I'll share with you that go in to the decision.

How many reservations do we have?
It's not even snowing yet so is the weather right?
Should we bring in a staff and pay them to get everything ready just to turn around and close later in the day?
Do we run the heat and all of the propane kitchen equipment for 8 hours and then close?
And on and on and on!

Ultimately the question comes down to how much and what decisions will allow us to lose the least.

Soooooo... here we are!

Genuinely hope to see a nice turn out tomorrow night and we thank you for your understanding.

Also, please please support the folks that are staying open as I'm certain they could use it.

We love you and will always do our best to support this community. Have a safe Friday!!
