Saturday August 15th wedding at The Woods of Cedar Springs 🤍🥂

One of our OTR bartending teams had the pleasure of celebrating at this beautiful venue with The Blair's.

Lexi and Gwynn served up signature His & Hers cocktails —
His: Old Fashioned 🥃 | Hers: Pink Lemon Drop 🍋💕 — along with plenty of classic cocktails for their guests.
And a little reminder that you don’t have to drink to have a good time, have a popsicle... Or 20. 😂🍭 We loved getting to share a popsicle moment with the bride’s dad, who made sure the guests were stocked up all night! We don’t just serve the drinks — we truly love celebrating with you! 🥂✨

🥃 A Little Team Time + Bourbon Education! 🍕

Monday, our team got to take a little time away from the busy event schedule to come together for a quick team meeting, some Papa John’s pizza, and a little bourbon education!

We were lucky enough to have Whitney join us for a Bourbon 101 session. Our team got to learn more about bourbon, ask questions, and build our knowledge and confidence when talking with guests about one of Kentucky’s favorite spirits. 🥃

We believe that continuing to learn and grow is just as important as providing great service. The more knowledgeable our team is, the better experience we can create for our clients and their guests!

Of course, a team meeting is always a little better with good food, good conversation, and a little bourbon education! 😉🥃

We’ve been SO busy lately between the bar and catering side of the business that our social media has gotten a little behind! 😅 We’ve been all over the place, and we have so many amazing events to catch up on!

Here’s a little glimpse at what our team has been up to recently! 🥂🍽️

🥂 Friday, July 31 – Private Residence
Missy and Bonnie were at a beautiful private residence for an engagement party, helping celebrate the happy couple with bar service. 💍

💍 August 1 – Phillips Grove
One of our very own bartenders celebrated a very special occasion as her daughter got married at the beautiful Phillips Grove! We were honored to handle her bar needs and also set up a beautiful grazing table for the celebration. ❤️

🍽️ August 1 – Guthrie Opportunity Center
We were at the Guthrie Opportunity Center for a beautiful wedding, providing bar service, a grazing table, and full catering. Guests enjoyed chicken piccata with a creamy Parmesan orzo pasta, asparagus, and Caesar salad. Everything came together beautifully!

🎓 The Refinery
Debra and Sam were at The Refinery handling the bar for a beautiful graduation ceremony. Congratulations to the graduate! 🎉

💍 August 1 – Carlisle Acres
Amanda and Regina were at Carlisle Acres for a beautiful wedding, helping make the couple’s special day one to remember!

Our team has truly been putting in the work, and we are so thankful for every couple, family, venue, and client who continues to trust On the Rocks Bartending & Catering with their special events.

🌾 Farm to Table at the Guthrie Opportunity Center 🌾

We were honored to be part of the Farm to Table event at the Guthrie Opportunity Center for the 2nd year.

Our bartending team — Gwynn, Amanda, Angie, Renee, and Lisa — kept the bars flowing throughout the evening, serving guests a great selection of mixed drinks and bourbon.

We are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to be involved in such a meaningful event. As part of our commitment to giving back to our community, we were happy to significantly discount our bartending package as an in-kind donation to help support this wonderful cause.

We love what we do, but even more, we love being able to use our business to support organizations and events that make a difference in our community. ❤️

✨ Another beautiful wedding in the books! ✨

A huge thank-you to Cassandra with Kelly Way Weddings & Events for connecting us with today’s amazing couple! We were so honored to be part of their special day and have the opportunity to cater their wedding celebration. 🤍

Tonight’s menu was full of comforting, homemade favorites, including:

🍗 Herbed Stuffed Chicken & Gravy

And our amazing team was there to help make the evening run smoothly! Pam and Darryn kept the buffet flowing, served guests, cleared plates, handled trash, and helped keep everything clean and organized throughout the evening. And Pam even had the special honor of cutting the wedding cake! 🎂❤️

We love being able to take care of all the little details behind the scenes so our couples and their families can relax, celebrate, and enjoy every moment of their special day.
