Saturday we dropped off 45 boxed lunches for the New Haven Train Excursion! 🚂

Guests had their choice of:
🥪 Club Sandwich
🥩 Roast Beef Sandwich
🥗 Chicken Salad
🥬 Kale Salad

Each lunch was served with pasta salad and a cookie for the perfect grab-and-go meal.

A beautiful Friday night wedding at the stunning Zion Hill Venue. The property is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully maintained.

Guests enjoyed two signature cocktails throughout the evening — his “Woodford Old Fashioned” and hers “Oaks Lilly” — while Nikki and Missy kept the drinks flowing all night long. 🥃🌸

Congratulations to the beautiful couple on their special day! We were honored to be part of such a wonderful celebration.

What a way to celebrate love on Derby Day at the beautiful Muir Chapel! This wedding brought all the Southern charm and race-day spirit together for an unforgettable evening.

Guests sipped on the classic Oaks Lilly and a refreshing Lilly mocktail all night long, alongside Kentucky favorites like Woodford Reserve and Buffalo Trace poured over ice, plus a timeless Jack & Coke.

A huge shoutout to Bethany and Gwynn, our bartenders for the evening, who kept the drinks flowing and the energy high all night long!

From start to finish, it was an incredible celebration filled with great drinks, great people, and even better memories. We’re so grateful to have been a part of Maddie & Tanner’s special day!

What a busy (and fun!) Derby Day wedding we had! 🐎✨

Held at the Guthrie Opportunity Center, this event was one for the books. With two full prep days and a crew of 16 staff members, our team came together to pull off an incredible celebration for 300 guests.

We featured:
• Two full bars serving up signature Mint Juleps and Oaks Lilys 🍹
• Two stunning grazing tables
• Two buffet stations + a kids buffet station
• Late-night snacks to keep the party going

Dinner included preset salads and a hearty menu of oven-fried chicken, brisket, mashed potatoes, green beans, macaroni & cheese, and rolls. We also sliced and served all of the cake to keep things running smoothly.

From supplying chargers, plates, flatware, and napkins to setting every table, our team handled it all from start to finish.

Derby Day events are always high energy, and this one did not disappoint. We’re so grateful to have been part of such a special celebration! 🎉

Event 4 of 6 was held at the stunning the Show Barn at Daynabrook Farms, and it did not disappoint. Missy, Owen and Olivia kept things running seamlessly, serving up a cocktail hour bar outside under the pavilion before transitioning guests inside to the main bar for the evening.

Guests were treated to two fun signature drinks inspired by the bride and groom’s dogs 🐾 — “Scooby,” a refreshing Kentucky Mule, and “Pepper,” a light and bubbly Peach Bellini. Both were a hit and added such a personal touch to the celebration.

Along with the signature cocktails, guests enjoyed a full selection of beer, wine, and classic bar favorites, making sure there was something for everyone all night long.

From start to finish, the energy was high, the drinks were flowing, and the atmosphere was nothing short of perfect. We love being part of these special moments and helping bring each couple’s vision to life.

Event #3 of our busy day kept the momentum going! 🤍

We had the pleasure of being at the beautiful Vintage Barn for their very first wedding of the season — and we are so thankful we got to help kick off what’s sure to be an amazing year for this venue!

From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was full of excitement, celebration, and all the perfect touches that make a wedding day unforgettable. Our team kept things flowing with a simple bar setup, plus a few fun add-ons that guests loved — including our popcorn machine 🍿 and a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage station.

Carmen & Bella did an incredible job taking care of every guest and keeping everything running smoothly all evening long!

It was the perfect way to open up wedding season at such a beautiful venue, and we’re honored to have been part of it.

Event #2 of our busy day was one we won’t forget 🤍

We had the pleasure of celebrating Clayton & Alexandra at a beautiful private property in Howardtown. You could truly feel the love and meaning behind every detail of their day — such a special place to celebrate such a special couple.

Guests enjoyed some delicious drink options, including a crowd-favorite spicy margarita with a Tajín rim 🌶️🍹, along with classic favorites like bourbon & Coke and a variety of other bar selections to keep everyone refreshed.

Nikki & Rene did an amazing job keeping the bar running smoothly and taking great care of guests all evening!

It was the perfect day for an outdoor reception — great weather, great people, and a whole lot of love.
