Great news - Our new Blaze Brewing Bar Harbor Tap Room and Pizzeria Pizza Oven vent parts have arrived. There was a sliiigghtttt delay in a few of the parts but Chief Bartlett gave us the go ahead today, so we will FINALLY open next week 😀

Here is the new page link below - Looking to open on Thursday next week. Lot's of prep and test kitchen between now and then, but we're looking forward to getting open next week for sure 🍕❤️ Pizza, Hoagies, and Diner Burgers as well 😀

It's true 📣 we're opening a Pizzeria in Bar Harbor 🍕 located at 2 Derby Lane right behind us here at Blaze Restaurant in Bar Harbor. We'll post the page soon, and they'll be opening next week, stay tuned!

Oh and the sicilian pies on the Pizzeria menu 😋 pictured below, AH-MA-ZING.

They'll also have the toast on-line ordering app active for all your take-out needs as well as a full Bar, patio seating, and full seating for up to 80! We look forward to posting their page link soon and giving you all the details. Stay tuned 👀 😋

We're getting pretty excited about our new Pizzeria opening up in the space behind us. This loaded and super legit New York style pepperoni will be a hit for sure.

House-made dough and those char n cup pepperoni are a match made in heaven.

Weve got some exciting news to share 🙌
We are just finishing up an interior renovation to the new Tap Room and Kitchen for our sister company Blaze Brewing Company 🍻 located directly behind us here at Blaze, with it's own separate entrance 😀 separate food menu, and a dining concept quite a bit different than up here in the front at Blaze Restaurant here on Main Street.

They installed a sleek new pizza oven where they'll be focused on New York Style, Detroit Style, Sicilian Style, and EVEN South Shore Bar pie style for all of our friends from Massachusetts ❤️

That won't be the only thing on the menu. their Neopolitan style sandwiches, Hoagies made on homemade seeded rolls, their freshly made soups and farm fresh salads will also be a big hit and sure to please. Also a few Italian style entrées will also be on the menu including a bangin' home-made Cioppino 😋 and a 12 layer Bolognese Lasagna made with garlic Sausage from our farm in Blue Hill 👀

We'll post up their Facebook and IG pages soon for you all to like and follow. Our media guru Emily will keep ya posted as they get closer and closer to opening out back in that separate and beautiful new space our hospitality group has created.
