Today is Jimmy’s last day as our GM. Hopefully he will be filling now and then.
I would like to share the Ballad of Jimmy Dunn.

General Manager of Highlander’s Grill & Tavern
There once was a manager named Jimmy Dunn,
At Highlander’s Grill, where the good times run.
He kept all the plates and the people in line,
And somehow survived every crazy night time.
He’s poured out the drinks, he’s worked every shift,
He’s handled the problems and given a lift.
From kitchen to bar, he knew every name,
And when things got crazy, he still played the game.
The cooks would be hollering, servers would shout,
“Jimmy, we’ve got a problem!” — there’s no easy way out.
But Jimmy stood tall, with a grin and a b**r,
Somehow making the chaos disappear.
Now the time has come for Jimmy to go,
To leave Highlander’s behind and see where life flows.
We’ll miss his big laugh, his stories and style,
And all of those moments that made us all smile.
So raise up your glasses and give Jimmy a cheer,
For all of the memories he gave us here.
May your next adventure be happy and bright—
And may you never hear, “Jimmy, we need you tonight!”
So farewell, dear Jimmy, and good luck on your way,
You’ve earned some damn rest after every long day.
Highlander’s won’t quite be the same without you—
But one thing is certain…
