Stoked to have a fun run of trivia at the pub coming up. Brewer High School’s National Honor Society is putting together some great evenings for us as part of a fundraiser they are putting together for Bangor Humane Society. We can’t wait to support a group of future leaders from our community on this project!

We hope you all are safe and warm as you dig out today. For the safety of all of our staff and customers we will be closed today, Monday 1/26. We will reopen tomorrow for our normal hours.

We will be opening today at 3:30pm - a little later than we planned.

Due to an exceptionally busy few days before Christmas and changes to delivery schedules, we are out of stock on some key items - including wings... so... like... we kinda need those.... hahaha. Our deliveries are on the way and we are going to be ready and very happy to serve you later this afternoon and evening.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are dedicated to providing you with the experience you expect and deserve when you choose to join us for a meal. We'd rather delay our opening this morning by a few hours than leave you with a disappointing experience.

Thank you all for the continued support. We look forward to seeing you at the pub soon.

Free the Z will be in the Brewer Hannaford parking lot Tuesday-Thursday collecting turkeys and cash/check donations.

Today is the day.... We are so happy to welcome back one of our favorite beers brewed for a great cause! Brick City Kolsch is a beautiful, light, drinkable beer brewed in collaboration with the Brewer Professional Firefighters Local 2126.

$1 of every pint sold throughout October will be going to their cancer fund. We hope you'll come grab a great beer for a great cause!

A limited number of pint glasses are also available. $15 for the pint glass or $20 for the pint glass and a pour of Brick City Kolsch.

Starting tomorrow and throughout the weekend. Grab a pint of the Brick City Kolsch at Geaghan’s Pub & Craft Brewery!
While supplies last… Buy a glass and get a pour with it for $20!
All proceeds will go to our cancer fund account.
Again, no tickets needed this year, show up during their hours of operation and support the cause!

Busy end of the week ahead for us here at the pub!

We hope to see many of you here for some life music outdoors to help us kick off our 50th Anniversary celebrations tonight and tomorrow.

We are also stoked to once again welcome our friends from Standby to Fly Initiative for this year's check presentation on Saturday from 12-3pm. Standby to Fly Initiative is a veterans non-profit we have been engaged with for a few years. Please check them out at standbytofly.org and learn more about their wonderful mission of reducing the fundraising load for local Maine non-profits doing the work to support veterans in our communities.

Also note, right now, SBTF is auctioning off a full brew day experience with us here at Geaghan Brothers Brewing Company. Place a bid for your chance to develop and brew a specialty beer that will raise funds for SBTF's work. All proceeds from the auction and $1 of every beer sold from the batch created will support the work SBTF is doing in our community.

I'm going to need a nap on Sunday... hahaha.

It is absolutely wild to think that this little dream my grandparents had in 1975 is going to be 50 years old on July 1.

As many of you know, we are not great at celebrating small or big individual milestones, we are way to focused on the moment we are in and the guests who have blessed us by coming in today. However, this one is pretty big for us and for the Bangor community. So big I even made a fancy little image for the whole thing.

Please join us this coming Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Our team member James is going to be gracing us with some fantastic music both nights from 5-7pm. On Wednesday he is playing as "Between Dead Stations" and on Thursday it will be Cam and James from the popular Maine band "Merther". Lets take a moment and celebrate all of the wonderful and multi-talented team members who have made Geaghan's "Geaghan's" for the last 50 years.

I guess this really is a big deal. Pete and I will be around both nights (rumor has it Larry will be joining us on Wednesday as well) to do the thing we've been doing for the last few decades - saying thank you to all of you for making this three generation dream stay a reality. Lets celebrate together and raise a glass to everyone who has kept this thing going for longer than I've been walking this earth.

We will have the beer barn open all evening and we will be serving food from our new outdoor kitchen from 4-8.

Here's to you because we're nothing if not for the support we've had for all these years!
