This week, we’re raising a glass to one of the very best.

After nearly four years with Portland Pie Bangor—and the last three years as our Bar Manager—Jillian is saying goodbye as she heads out of state to start an exciting new chapter with her boyfriend.

If you’ve ever enjoyed a drink at our bar, chances are Jillian had something to do with making your visit special. Her hard work, positive attitude, and genuine care for our guests and staff alike have left a lasting mark on our team and our restaurant. She will be greatly missed.

To celebrate her final week, we’re featuring the Jill-apeno Margarita all week long!

Jillian will be behind the bar every day this week, with her final shift this Friday night. If she’s ever made your day a little better, we’d love for you to stop in, say goodbye, and help us send her off the way she deserves.
