🍷 A little behind-the-scenes at ACE… ❤️
One of the hardest parts of owning a small business — especially a wine bar — happens behind the scenes.
There’s the fun part of choosing wines, tasting new things, discovering new wineries, and deciding what we want to pour. But there’s also the less glamorous side: inventory, distributors, availability, pricing, and making decisions about what makes the most sense for our business and, most importantly, our customers.
Right now, we’re in the middle of one of those changes.
Over the coming weeks, you’ll notice some shifts in our wine selection as we move a large portion of our wine portfolio to new distributors and wineries. It’s a big change for us, and definitely not one we take lightly — but we truly believe it’s going to be a really good thing for ACE and for you.
Our goal has always been to offer wines we’re proud to pour, at a variety of price points, with plenty of options for everyone. This change gives us the opportunity to bring in even more quality wines, new varieties, and some things we’re genuinely excited for you to try.
You will see a few changes on the menu as we make the transition, and we’ll keep you updated along the way. Don't worry - we're keeping our top sellers!
