Join us on Thursday, June 18th at 6:30 PM as we dive into the bestselling novel (and now major motion picture) Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt.

If you've read the book, we'd love for you to join the conversation! Whether you're a longtime member or it's your first time attending, all book lovers are welcome.

Ever notice tiny crystals or sediment in a bottle of wine and wonder if something’s wrong? 🍷

Good news — in many cases, sediment is actually a SIGN of a well-made wine!
As wines age naturally, things like tannins, color pigments, and tartrates (natural grape compounds) can settle to the bottom of the bottle over time. This is especially common in:

• Red wines
• Unfiltered wines
• Older vintages
• Minimal intervention / natural wines

Think of it like pulp in fresh-squeezed orange juice — it’s often a sign of less processing and more authenticity.

Sediment doesn’t mean the wine has “gone bad.” In fact, many wine lovers see it as a positive indicator of aging potential and craftsmanship. The only thing you may want to do is pour carefully or decant before serving.

So next time you spot a little sediment in your glass, don’t panic… your wine may just be showing off its character. 😉🍇

This Memorial Day, all of us at ACE Wine & Tap pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

As a veteran-owned business, this day holds a deep meaning for us. It’s more than a long weekend. It’s a time to reflect on the courage, service, and sacrifice of those who never made it home. Their legacy lives on in the freedoms we enjoy every day.

We’ll be opening early this Saturday, 5/23 from 10AM–2PM for the Memorial Day Parade festivities! Grab a spot out front & come hang out!

Then we’ll reopen at 4PM and stay open until 10PM for our normal hours. 🥪🍷
