Had a great time at Poe Baltimore's Movie Nite at M&T Bank Exchange with special guest Victoria Price, daughter of Vincent Price, who hosted a new documentary about her father. RavenBeer also received much publicity.

Served RavenBeer at my brother's annual Johnny's Roundtable Country Dinner at his place (Giverny West) on the Choptank River in Preston, MD. Congressman Jaime Raskin and First Congressional District Candidate Daniel Schwartz were there. RavenBeer was a big hit with a w**e crowd.

Hey everybody, demolition around the Poe House/Museum is now proceeding closer to Eddy's house.
The museum will ultimately be surrounded by demolition across approximately 270 degrees of the site, including structures immediately across the narrow side street from Poe House. We are also working to determine what independent vibration assessment and monitoring will be necessary as heavy equipment moves closer to the historic structure.
This is why the campaign remains so important; the preservation work ahead of us has not gone away.

Poe House in Baltimore needs a little financial help. Visitors are down to nearly zero as demolition is going on all around us. We hope that it will all be transformed into the beautiful new Poe House & Museum that we are working hard to make a reality.

The Edgar Allan Poe House and Museum, located in the 200 block of N. Amity Street, is where the famed writer began writing short stories and launched his literary career.

I hope everyone can make it to the International Edgar Allan Poe Fest weekend this year. It starts with Movie Nite, featuring a premiere screening of a documentary about Vincent Price with his daughter, Victoria, followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers. Sat & Sun are the festival days. This year, because of demolition around the Poe House, it's held next to Lexington Market, a great place for crab cakes and b**r. Both events are a block away from Poe's grave. Sat Nite is the Black Cat Ball at Westminster Hall, where Poe is interred. Got to see the catacombs below the church.

Tonight I got into my secret stash: my b**r stash. This Annabel Lee Belgian White was packaged on Feb., 28, 2020. Six and a half years ago. You cannot believe how smooth and flavorful this b**r is. There is no oxidation present at all. Certain b**rs can be stored and improve over time. There's something about drinking a b**r from a bottle vs. a can.

Sculptor Zenos Frudakis of Philadelphia will donate this bust of Edgar Allan Poe to the Poe House/Museum in Baltimore. He is a special guest at the International EA Poe Festival this October in Baltimore. He will be featured at the Saturday Visiter Awards at the Black Cat Ball on Saturday, Oct. 3.
