Tagliata The Atlas Restaurant Group's Tagliata is now open! The kitchen is lead by Executive Chef Julian Marucci.

Tagliata is an Italian Chophouse located in Harbor East, featuring Hand Made Pastas, Hand Cut Steaks & Chops, House Cured Charcuterie and Baltimore's largest wine list. Enjoy your meal in our outdoor courtyard adorned with strung lights and an outside bar. Open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11am-2:30pm, Tagliata also hosts Happy Hour from 3pm-7pm Monday through Friday. Listen to live piano music Thursday through Saturday in Tagliata's lounge.

Meet Joe Gallina, the Executive Chef at Tagliata. Joe’s journey with the restaurant is a true story of growth from within, having joined the Tagliata team as Sous Chef in 2017 and spending nearly nine years helping shape the kitchen before stepping into his new role in June.
As Executive Chef, Joe brings years of experience, a deep understanding of Tagliata’s kitchen and a genuine connection to the restaurant and its team. His transition from Sous Chef to Executive Chef is a natural next chapter for someone who has spent so much time behind the scenes making Tagliata what it is today.

Now, Joe is taking the lead in the kitchen and bringing his own perspective to the dishes, the team and the continued evolution of Tagliata. We’re excited to see where he takes it next.

✨ Meet Julia ✨
Julia has been a part of the Atlas Restaurant Group team since 2022, growing through several roles and restaurants before becoming General Manager of Tagliata in 2025.
Known for her natural leadership and welcoming approach, Julia brings a genuine sense of hospitality to everything she does. She leads her team with confidence, is always ready to jump in when something needs attention, and has a solution-oriented mindset that makes a difference for both her team and her guests.
That willingness to step up has been a constant throughout Julia’s time with Atlas. When The Choptank Annapolis needed additional management support during one of its busiest summers, Julia didn’t hesitate to help. She took on the hour-long commute each way throughout the summer, stepping into a critical role and becoming an important part of the restaurant’s success.
Her journey from Restaurant Manager at James Joyce to The Choptank Annapolis, then Assistant General Manager at Tagliata, and now General Manager, is a great example of the opportunities to grow within Atlas. We’re proud to have Julia at the helm of Tagliata and grateful for the energy, leadership, and hospitality she brings to the restaurant every day.
