We have big news! We are retiring and closing Blair's on Hudson sometime mid August 2024. If you, or someone you know has a gift certificate, please use it before we close in 3 months time. Until then, we will be operating with our normal hours and offering our nightly specials.

We are saddened to announce this; but at the same time elated to start our next adventure! Some friends of ours will be opening an exciting new concept here after we close. Stay tuned for details later on.

Jacque and I would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all of your support, love, kindness, and friendship you have given us through the years. Especially during the lockdown. You helped keep our doors open and our dreams alive. Many of you have become like family to us. We have celebrated with you, laughed with you, and sometimes cried. We have lost a few along the way to time, far too soon. You will be forever remembered.

The past 6 years at Blair's have been some of the best of our lives. We will miss you all dearly.

We are back out on the street selling our dirty water hot dogs, and new this year tacos! 12pm-2pm, or until we run out. Saturdays and Sundays (except rainy days) stop by grab some!

As always we are serving up dirty water hotdogs for brunch from 11am-2pm Saturdays and Sundays. We will be inside tomorrow because of the rain. Stop in and grab some!

HOT DOGS! DIRTY WATER HOT DOGS! We will be doing our hotdogs as regularly scheduled from 11am-2pm. However we will be inside serving through the front window. Our neighbors a block away are having their block party tomorrow so we will be inside dishing up our dogs! 2 new dogs this week. The French, with brie, caramelized onions, and pear & cognac jam. Dirty water hot dogs! We're making them every weekend for brunch from 11am until 2pm. Pick up some Nathan's all beef dogs in a steamed brioche bun for $5, or upgrade your dog to one of our creations for $8. Our menu changes frequently and we do sell out of some toppings. So come early. And don't forget about about beer/drink specials to take with you!

We've been cooking up fun & unique hotdogs for the past 2 weekends from 11am-2pm Saturdays and Sundays. Stop by before the game or switch up the brunch routine. We have $5 hotdogs, and $8 hotdogs all dressed up with chili, smoked Gouda cheese sauce, Guinness braised short ribs and much more! $4 beers, and $1 sodas, chips. This week we're adding a super spicy "Hell Dog" with ghost pepper aioli, cheese whiz, bacon & fried onions. Also our new "Crabby Dog" with crab dip, old bay, and crushed Utz potato chips.

Nevermind the rain on Sunday. We will still be serving up our new hotdogs! We will be inside because something about electricity and water not playing well together. Pick some up before the first Ravens game of the year. Also a big thank you to everyone who has come out to get some of our new hotdogs! I never thought I would have so much fun standing on a corner.
