🍺 Behind the Beer: Filtration Day at Guilford Hall Brewery 🍺
Today we’re putting the finishing touches on Oh’ Boy, running it through our filtration process to transform it from naturally hazy to brilliantly clear.
Using specialized filter media plates, the beer is gently passed through multiple layers that remove excess yeast and suspended particles, resulting in a cleaner appearance, brighter flavor presentation, and that beautiful crystal-clear finish in the glass.
It’s one of the final steps before the beer is ready to be enjoyed—proof that great beer is as much about precision as it is passion.
