Those that know will know.
At 5pm on August 1st, it’s W Hour in Poland.

W" Hour (Godzina „W”) was the secret codename for the exact start time of the Warsaw Uprising in World War II.

Every year on August 1, at exactly 5 PM CET, Warsaw comes to a standstill. The bustling city freezes for a minute to mark the symbolic "W Hour", the exact moment the Warsaw Uprising began on August 1, 1944.

Poland commemorated the 82nd anniversary of the uprising, with sirens sounding nationwide as thousands gathered across Warsaw for memorial ceremonies, marches and commemorative events to honor the insurgents and civilians who fought and died during the 63-day revolt against N**i German occupation.
