Hersh's is a family-owned restaurant celebrating the foods of the Italian table and the craft of the American bartender. We've got an amazing wood-fired oven that we use for everything from seasonal vegetables to seafood to Neapolitan pizza, and we make our own pasta and fresh cheeses and sausages. Meet Chef Ari Baranson! Ari's hands, brain and palette are behind the magic you find on your plate at . While his background in baking obviously shines all over our menu, it is Ari's commitment to consistency and excellence of ingredients and ex*****on that really elevate the offerings at Hersh's. He also plays guitar and enjoys making kombucha and hot sauce...if you see him walking around the dining room and are looking for some conversation starters.
