It is a privately licensed bartending school located in Baldwinsville, NY & is taught in an actual bar setting, specifically Club Sushi in Mohegan Manor. Topshelf Bartenders is the only school in NYS that's taught in an actual bar setting. The school has been licensed through the NYS Department of Education and approved to operate in NYS. The school is truly amazing! The classroom is literally a bar. The desk that the students sit at is a bar. The chairs are barstools. We use a real bar, back bar, real glassware, real bottles which are of course filled with colored and weighted water, soda gun, bar stools, sinks, ice bins, pairing knives, cutting boards, shaker tins, speed wells and so much more. The facility also contains the latest and greatest of restaurant/bar industry technology that will in return give every student an incredible advantage when they graduate. The director of this school has 22 years in the service industry. He has written an uncountable number of drink menus, food menus, and has literally trained in every position in the service industry.
