So let’s gently remind the world who Poisoned Apple Pouring Service is.

We are not “just bartenders.”

We are licensed, insured, event-seasoned, trailer-packed, ice-hauling, garnish-prepping, timeline-reading, crowd-managing, over-insured, liability-minded, pretty-bar-building beverage professionals.

We build bars that fit the room.

Wassail FTW!

The ancient tradition of Wassail is a midwinter gathering to bless an orchard for the season to come. The celebration has pagan roots and has been practiced across Great Britain for centuries.

St. Lawrence Nurseries in Potsdam marked the tradition by lighting five bonfires around the orchard on a bitterly cold Friday night. They set out a basket of bread slices for neighbors and friends to hang on the apple trees for good luck.
