Dutch Girl Aged - Goat milk - Holland

Did you know!!???… You can book our “dining side” for your special occasion or even the whole shop!! Best part about that is the cheese tables we make for your event! If your event is somewhere else we make tables to go as well!!
Keep that knowledge in your back pocket for your friends, family and coworkers, it might come in handy! Our space fills up quick for the holidays so give us a call ahead of time to get on our schedule!

Bavarian Emmentaler! Think of it as the iconic Swiss cheese but in my personal opinion this one is better! It’s from Germany and its flavor is perfect right now! That crisp air and hint of oncoming fall makes me want grilled cheese and fondue! We use this cheese for both of those things, of course I love to just snack on it too!!

Welcome to Copper Belt & The Cheese Fairy!! Copper Belt makes all of the w**e and grows all of the grapes (except Pinot Noir) here in Baker County! You can taste them, enjoy a glass and take a bottle hope with you! We love this cheese!! I always tell people it’s like a cheddar that wanted to be a Gouda, and the most comforting cheese I’ve ever had. It’s salty, nutty, a little sharp at times and a brown butter finish! Stop by today and give it a taste, we’re Open 11am-6pm today through Saturday!
