We’d like to clear up a little confusion.

Frednecks Pizza is NOT permanently closing. We will be open this coming Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during our normal business hours.

The recent changes have absolutely nothing to do with sales or a lack of business. This was a management decision made by the owner to regain control over food quality, evaluate our staffing needs, and build a more dependable team moving forward.

We currently employ approximately seven team members and have recently made several staffing changes based on performance, reliability, quality standards, and the needs of the business.

We understand there have been negative posts and speculation on Facebook from former employees and individuals who were not selected for employment. We aren’t going to debate personnel decisions on social media. We stand behind the decisions we’ve made and will continue making hiring and staffing decisions based on what is best for our customers and our business.

Our customers expect good food and consistent quality when they order from Frednecks, and that’s exactly what we’re focused on delivering.

We’re not going anywhere yet. We’re simply making changes to make Frednecks better.

We appreciate everyone who continues to support us, and we’ll see you Thursday, Friday, and Saturday!

After a lot of consideration, Frednecks Pizza in Bainbridge will not reopen until we are able to put an adequate, dependable staff in place.

We have worked hard to build Frednecks around good food, generous portions, and the quality our customers expect. We refuse to sacrifice that quality simply because we are short-staffed or because we have employees who aren’t willing to meet the standards required to properly serve our customers.

We would rather keep the doors closed temporarily than serve food we’re not proud to put our name on.

We are also looking toward the future and exploring the possibility of relocating Frednecks Pizza to an area with a larger and stronger employee pool. Nothing is finalized yet, but our goal is to put Frednecks in the best position possible to grow while maintaining the quality and service our customers deserve.

To everyone who has supported Frednecks, eaten with us, recommended us, and continued to stand behind this little business , Thank you. This isn’t goodbye. It’s us refusing to lower our standards just to keep the doors open

However I will be available to take orders for schools and events if needed.
I will also be operating during the day by myself starting next week. I will only take in orders that I can single handily handle. With very limited done in orders.

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING OUR ( TEMPORARY ) BUSINESS HOURS

After careful consideration, Frednecks Pizza will be adjusting our weekly operating schedule.

Effective immediately, we will be:

CLOSED — Sunday through Wednesday
OPEN — Thursday, Friday & Saturday

This decision was not made lightly. Like many small businesses, our ability to remain open depends heavily on having adequate and dependable staffing. Unfortunately, ongoing scheduling limitations and increasingly restricted employee availability have made it difficult to maintain the level of staffing necessary to operate seven days a week.

Rather than operate short-staffed or compromise the quality of food and service our customers expect, we have made the business decision to concentrate our available staff and resources into three days each week.

We recognize that this change may be inconvenient for some of our customers, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.

We also want to recognize the members of our team who consistently honor their schedules, remain dependable, and continue to put forth the effort necessary to keep a small business operating. Your commitment is genuinely appreciated.

As staffing availability improves, we will reevaluate the possibility of expanding our operating days.

Thank you to our customers and community for continuing to support Frednecks Pizza. We look forward to serving you Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
