Looking for a reason to come out and celebrate Cinco de Mayo? 👀🤔🇲🇽🌯🌮🍻🍺🍋‍🟩Look now further! We are running some amazing carnitas food specials centered around our wood-fired carnitas. The carnitas is slow-cooked for 7 hours in our wood-fired oven, made with premium quality bone-in fresh pork, rubbed in a house-made Mexican-style rub and marinated overnight in 100% blue agave tequila, our mexican lager, house-made sour mix with Nathalie’s lime and lemon juice, brown sugar and whole chipotle smoked peppers. Here also a shot of our Cinco de Mustache Mexican Lager, mouth watering looks with a thirst quenching delivery. The Hazy Mexican, a Hazy IPA brewed & hopped with Sabro, Citra, Simcoe, HBC 630. With a base mash of pilsner we also added a good dose of corn, rice and oats in the mash. The beer was inspired from a clip of the show Welcome to Plathville that was filmed at Southern Philosophy. A beer was ordered that at the time didn’t exist, it was a mix-up of 2 other beers on the menu, the Mexican Lager and a Hazy IPA. We had a lot of good laughs and finally ran with the idea……
