WELCOME BACK CHEF NOEL SPIVEY!

We wish to invite all of our beloved guests to join us for an inspiring change at Amelia Wynn, as we welcome one of the Island's most beloved culinary talents back to the Bistro.

We are excited to announce the return of Chef Noel Spivey as Executive Chef. Noel heralds the return to sourcing from local Bainbridge farms, purposeful ingredients, and a care for seasonality.

Chef Noel was the opening Executive Chef at the Bistro in 2019. Her bright spirit and passionate creativity championed a beautiful future for this cozy little corner, and we are honored to welcome her back.

In the last few years Chef Noel has been the General Manager of Via Rosa 11, Sous Chef and Guest Chef in the Garden of Heyday Farm, and has worked as the Chef for Frease Catering & Other Local Events.

This weekend, Chef has crafted new dishes to delight our guests. Her complete Fall Bistro Menu will launch the first week of October, and we hope you will join us in the coming days to celebrate this exciting new time at Amelia Wynn!

We wish to thank Chef Gulsidel for his time and dedication. We wish him a bright future as he explores other ventures, and focuses on time with his wonderful family.
