Get to know the spirits: 45th Parallel Barrel-Aged Gin 🍸

With tart, floral notes on the nose and honey, vanilla, and juniper on the finish, the 45th Parallel Gin plays well with many ingredients. We love it in a classic Gimlet (and in our Blueberry Mint Gimlet that's currently on menu)!

⭐️ Distilled 4 times (this aged spirit starts out as 45th Parallel Vodka!)

⭐️ Initially infused with juniper, rose petals, coriander, star anise, rose hips, cardamom, Cubeb, angelica root, and gala apples

⭐️ Aged in used 45th Parallel whiskey barrels

⭐️ Ends with a final infusion of honey and vanilla beans before bottling

Get to know the spirits: Single Malt Whisky - McKenzie's Reserve 🥃

45th Parallel’s Single Malt whisky is the passion project of Master Distiller, Bob McKenzie, who came to the US from Scotland 30 years ago. This Single Malt whisky is made with Scottish malt, fermented and distilled "grain out." It is unsmoked and unpeated - which means that the malt will be at the forefront of this clean, smooth sipping whisky.

🥃 Age: 5+ years || Proof: 90
🌾 Mash: 100% Scottish malted barley
⭐️ Tasting Notes: Grain, gentle but bright citrus, with butterscotch undertones

Try it neat, in an old fashioned, or with a spirit flight!

Also known simple as the "W", this whiskey is one of 45th Parallel's original lineup. Crafted with Wisconsin-grown wheat grain from Rusmar Farms (just 8 miles from 45th Parallel Distillery), the "W" has nuanced, earthy notes on the palate. It is often considered a more approachable whiskey.

🥃 Age: 7+ years || Proof: 96
🌾 Mash: 66% wheat, 21% corn and 13% malted barley
⭐️ Perfect for a honey old fashioned, sipping neat, or on the rocks.
