Crush the holiday weekend. 🍺

Cracks In The Sidewalk Hoppy Table Beer has returned, after way too long of a hiatus.

Cracks In The Sidewalk is inspired by some of our favorite low alcohol, fairly hop forward Belgian beers. It’s incredibly sessionable and infinitely refreshing.

Cracks in the Sidewalk is brewed with Caleb Michalke barley + wheat, as well as a bit of Heartland Craft Grains wheat. We hop the beer fairly heavily in the kettle with Wisconsin-grown Saazer hops & lightly dry hop it after fermentation with Wisconsin-grown Cascade.

We opted to ferment this latest batch with a favorite farmhouse-sourced yeast strain, rather than our house mixed culture, with the hopes of pushing the fermentation profile a tad cleaner.

Cracks In The Sidewalk sits at just 4%. It’s a light, pleasant, zippy beer with a pleasant bitterness & notes of underripe mango, tangerine, and complex florals.

Grab a pour & some cans this weekend.

Returning in time for the holiday weekend: A Field Full Of Love, our barrel-fermented beer that explores the incorporation of second-use fruit.

A Field Full of Love is inspired by piquette, the wine-like beverage made with fruit that is reused after its primary maceration, extraction, and fermentation during winemaking. It’s made by adding water to fruit pomace (the leftover skins, seeds, and stems of the fruit) and allowing wild yeast to ferment what remains of the sugars. This process produces a lively, fizzy, low alcohol beverage historically consumed by vineyard workers during the day.

This year’s A Field Full of Love features second-use cherries that were used for our latest batch of Lovely Cherries. We chose a blend of barrel-fermented table saison to further macerate & mature with this fruit. The beer extracted the remaining flavor and substantial color from these used cherries over the course of several months. After transferring the beer off the cherries, we steeped the beer with locally grown lavender.

You get lavender on the nose, followed by tasting notes of cherry skin, cinnamon, grape soda + blueberry. It’s lively, with beautiful acidity, and a perfect mix between floral + fruity.

At The End Of Every Road has returned. 🍺

A beer to bridge the seasons. Celebrating the end of the season—another wild Door County summer.

Inspired by Festbier, the lighter-colored, golden lager that has been popularized at Oktoberfest in Munich. You can think of Festbier has a stronger, richer Helles lager. In contrast to Märzen—the other main type of beer served at Oktoberfest—Festbier is lighter and less toasty.

Brewed with Pilsner + Munich malts from Caleb Michalke. Hopped throughout the boil with Wisconsin-grown Mt. Hood. Open-fermented with our house lager yeast. Naturally carbonated & cold conditioned for many weeks in a horizontal tank.

At The End Of Every Road has a rich, bready malt character, with an underpinning of sweetness, and notes of Cara Cara orange, floral honey, pear, and a touch of fall spice. 5.5% ABV.

At The End Of Every Road will be one of two beers served via gravity cask at our Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday 9/26! 🎉

Available on side-pull & in cans in our taproom starting this weekend.

This week: Harvesting goldenrod. ⚡️

The native plant with bright, fluffy yellow flowers that is currently lighting up the Door County landscape.

This goldenrod will be used in our fourth iteration of County Goldenrod—one of our oak-fermented saisons that highlight singular native plants. Some of the harvested plants will be added mid-boil to provide unique, structuring bitterness. The majority of our harvest will be used post-boil for aromatic and flavor contributions—citrus overtones & complex herbaceous notes.

On draft now—Visible Horizons Wild Rice Lager, brewed in collaboration with our friends McFleshman's Brewing Company in Appleton.

Visible Horizons is a pale lager showcasing Midwestern Wild Rice from TNT Wild Rice in Eagle River, WI (the same wild rice that we use in our kitchen).

Wild rice brings a delicate nuttiness, a complex fruit profile, a beautiful floral quality, and a touch of umami that sets it apart from our other pale lagers.

The beer also features undermodified Pilsner malt from Caleb Michalke and Wisconsin-grown Mt. Hood hops—a simple set of ingredients to let the wild rice shine. It was fermented in an open fermenter with McFleshman’s house lager yeast.

Available in our taproom now, on draft only.

Pair it with our Friday Fish Fry TONIGHT!
