2009 (Case Number 09CW-JU00001) State took custody of only one of my two sons illegally, Callaway Court Clerks ANGIE HAMPTON knowing, willing, and purposely changing court dates, for the parents would not show up and the state could get custody. I have documents showing Brian D Sleeth states in his email, that there are no allegations on the parents. March 3rd 2009 it was ordered that the cause be continued for hearing on petition on March 24th 2009 at 1:30PM. MARCH 9TH 2009 Marcia Haselhorst emails Angie stating that her and Juile worked out an agreement that involved her submitting a second amended petition and submitting on the records. Asking that they set it for the next day at 9am. March 10th 2009 second amends petition filed and March 24th 2009 was taking of the docket. Without any notice to me and schedule the matter for two days later on March12th 2009. March 12th 2009 all parties met without my presence and made Dalton Brondel a ward of the State. This is fully explained in the (Wrongful Death Case Number 20CW-CV00463). I have all documents to provide stating the above is true.
CHRIS WILSON, as a County Lawyer, represents Callaway Sheriff Department, who physically drove to my home and took DALTON BRONDEL, No papers, No Allegations. County Lawer/ State Prosecutor CHRIS WILSON was provided documents to prove the above statements. Lawer CHRIS WILSON to protect his clients “Callaway County Sheriff” instructed them to falsely arrest me. In (Case Number 12CW-CR00087) January 13th 2012 complaint filed, February 2nd 2012 warrant issued, 2-21-12 warrant recalled. It clearly shows the above falsely arrested, warrant recalled by the above mentioned. CHRIS WILSON was no longer a lawyer he was now Prosecutor with “Absolute Immunity”
May 21 2012 I was arrested for “misusing 911” The charges were insufficient as a matter of law. They arrested me anyways; Chris Wilson wanted a 96-hour Detention and hoped to remove me from society by getting Doctors to diagnose me with needing long term treatment. November 20th 2012 My Public Defender Matthew Decker along with his boss Carver spoke to Chris Wilson and Judge England about a plan to remove me from the court system by having me declared insane. Chris Wilson and Judge England were upset that MU-PC Doctors had found me Competent many times. So, then they came up with a plan for Carver and Decker to make statements that I was making homicide threats in order to make sure that this evaluation would result in confinement. I was taking into custody without any legal reason. I was giving a bond by Judge England of $2000.00 in order to hold me so that my public defenders Carver and Decker could have time to file accusations of homicide threats. My son Holdon Brondel brought $2000.00 to bond me out. Deputy Clay Chism contacted the court to check on the 96-hour commit. Judge England then raised the bond to $10,000.00 Fred Atkinson presented $10,000. cash. Deputy Clay Chism then contacted Chris Wilson. The bond was then raised to $250,000. Deputy Akers told me that my public defenders was initiating these actions and that the court would keep raising my bond until I could not get out. Jail staff was to contact Judge Gary Oxen Handler so the bond could be raised again to prevent my release. I ended up taking a Plea Bargain to regain my freedom. I have document to provide all the above stated is true.
Respecting and understanding Chris Wilson and the Justice System, January 26th 2011. I reported CHRIS WILSON State Prosecutor, to MO Attorney General CHRIS KOSTER, Callaway County. February 7th 2013, I reported lawyer CHRIS WILSON to Chief Disciplinary Counsel JAMES A. SMITH. The More I was reporting crimes the more I got Falsey put in jail or mental wards, several times Callaway County Sheriff Came to my home harassing my family. The attorneys that were supposed to defend the falsely arrested and report misconduct of lawyers and Judge’s. (ABA RULE 8.3 REPORTING PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT). KIM SHAW’s Ignorance was rewarded from attorney to a Judge. As records will show lawyers did nothing to help, rewarded for not reporting, two of my attorneys are now Judges in the state of Missouri Judge KIM SHAW, Judge BRIAN STUMPE.
This stress took a toll on my wife Annette, and she died November 28th 2013. At a very healthy and young age. The death of Dalton's mother and continuous harassment lead my son Dalton who was taking illegally, to commit su***de on May 26, 2017. After Callaway County took my family, they continued to come in my home harassing me and my last son Holdon Brondel. Harassment continued with no help from any Law or State officials in 2020 I filed the (20CW CV00463 wrongful death). As that was not traumatic enough, Callaway County used my grandkids by false mis leading “EX-Partee”. The court notifying the public, Fulton Sun Newspaper, tried selling my home on court house steps September 8th 2021. (Fulton Sun) When my home was and is 100% paid for.
My home is a Beautiful, fun kid orientated where children can be 100% themselves. I teach kids to think about others and respect one another. Parents bring me their children and ask for help. This very day I am still helping parents with their Children. My land is 100% safe for any 2-year-old child to come here and play or learn whatever they show interest in. I am engaged with my community and watch other’s land. When people have a problem, they call me and I go fix it. I maintain over a mile of County Rd 260. The bridge area I keep mowed down, pick up trash so families are safe when taking their families to the creek. People with addictions would hang out under the bridge and leave needles and broken beer bottles, and write cusswords under the bridge. I have taking care of all of that, not for me, but for others to enjoy the creek with their families.
My father Tom Brondel of Tom’s Cleaners has been in business in Callaway for 60 years. I have been in business 40 years. Combined 100 years. No complaints ever, were businessmen in Callaway County helping provide employment for Callaway County Citizens.
I am no lawyer but just a little look at case net and all my cases you will see tons of mistakes. Please note that I did not have any allegations or criminal History until Callaway County illegally took Dalton Brondel from my care. Callaway County Sheriff's falsely arrest me and refuse bond, keep raising bond, I ask that all of my cases please be looked at. I found a similar case to mine (Schuessler 578S.W 3D762). I believe that's how my case should have been handled. By court rules and procedures and current Supreme Court ruling on (Eric Schmitt VS Honorable Kevin Harell Case Number SC99312). The way I understand it is that the Callaway County 13th Judicial System should have had these cases heard in another Jurisdiction.
While I was in jail, I filed a habeas Corpus 8-9-21 Within a matter of time I was being released, unnotified of a bond reduction Callaway County contacted Juila Beal for the bond amount, I believe Kansas City had Told the Sheriff of Callaway to bring me to Kansas City if I was in custody of their jail, instead they released me so I was no longer in their custody.
I do not understand why any criminal cases are held in Callaway and how Missouri. Attorney General Eric Schmitt, after above mentioned (case Number SC99312) represent the Callaway Judges in Callaway Court’s Civil wrongful death case knowing that they had knowledge of court personal doing improper acts. I have very limited legal knowledge. I just ask you to review this case and notice I filed for a Grand Jury Investigation, special prosecutors, 13th judicial removal. (MO Constitution Article 1 section 16). All the above is the reason why this should me made public. Not for me but to help others in Callaway County. I am a crime victim (MO Constitution 32) if it was not for family that truly cared for me, I would be lost in a mental hospital system and my freedom erased forever. I am a Whistle Blower; I have had no protection only harassed for years. Let me help others by you sharing this story with others This is ongoing.
