Soup du jour: Corn, charred onion, huitlacoche (also known as corn truffle) purée with pickled jalapeño and radish

At Wink, we don’t just have the chef’s tasting, ala carte menu, and a bar menu! We also have nightly bar specials as well and those one is EXQUISITE! Often times, pork ribs don’t have too much meat on them compared to beef ribs but these babies are PACKED with succulent tender goodness that won’t last too much longer so come get your pork rib bar special before we run out tonight!
