Limited to 300 attendees, Austin Alfresco offers a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with local, Texas chefs who will be preparing all meals and happy hours, hosting intimate culinary demos, and swapping stories around the campfire with retreat guests in the evening. It is truly a culinary escape, connecting the natural outdoor beauty of Central Texas to all the comforts and conveniences of home. Guests of Austin Alfresco will check in to fully furnished, lighted, luxury ‘glamping’ tents that sleep two, with a choice of Queen or Twin beds. Quiet ranch mornings can be spent sipping coffee in the open-air lounge, taking a stroll through the 60-acre working ranch, or relaxing with riverside yoga classes from Travaasa Resort & Spa. Starlit nights on the ranch will highlight meals from some of Austin’s favorite chefs, multiple campfires for quiet contemplation or hearing great local music, and culinary movie showings at the Firefly Amphitheater’s riverside outdoor theater.
