Now all that’s left to do is order one of our fan favorites: the Al Pastor. Featuring Berkshire pork jowl brochette, al pastor fish caramel, grilled pineapple, chipotle, onion, cilantro, and fresh nixtamal tortillas, it’s a dish you’ll be thinking about long after dinner ends.
