Hello Uncorked Fans! OK... More updates on the new project. The name is wineLAIR. wineLAIR is a multifaceted concept consisting of a wine bar open to the public and a private member cellar. Membership to the private club offers a state-of-the-art wine cellar space that houses personal wine lockers, several lounge areas for sharing wine, access to exclusive wine events, 24/7 member access, access to all partner locations worldwide, and more... The location of the first wineLAIR will be here in Austin at 323 Congress Avenue (between 3rd and 4th). wineLAIR is the US expansion of an existing European concept named wineBANK. Although we are still in early stages of marketing, buildout, etc..., you can learn more about the concept and see images of other locations at wineLAIR.com or wineBANK.de. The Austin location will open later this year targeting late summer/early fall. The Washington DC location will open soon after targeting the end of the year. Stay tuned for more updates as they will come more often as we near opening. Cheers!

Hello Uncorked Fans! Long time... Thank you again for your support of Uncorked! We'd like to let you know that we have a new project in the works here in Austin and are very excited about it! We will open a new business that will include a Wine Bar and a very exciting new concept! We have secured a space downtown and hope to open by the end of the year. Happy Thursday Austin! Well, tonight is the night we traditionally have our December movie night on the patio with Love Actually! With the uncertain timing of inclement weather this evening, however, we are not setting up the outdoor screen. We ARE, however, still showing the movie on the bar tv inside to keep up our holiday tradition. Come join us this evening for this holiday classic and great food and wine! Movie starts @ 7:30pm.
