Fresh Hop Ripcord is back! Our annual homage to the little green nuggets of bliss that help make the b**r world go round returns this week. This year’s batch features two additions of fresh hops, both of which came from our friends at Crosby Hops in Oregon. In both cases the hops were picked, boxed, shipped, and added to the b**r within 24 hours of being pulled from the farm. Pretty far out!
Fresh Comet was used in the brewhouse, and Fresh Chinook in the cellar to create complex layers of oil-rich hop saturation.
