This throwback video is a peek at our pre-opening days, when our servers and bartenders were in training sessions and tastings, learning every detail so you’d feel taken care of from your very first visit.

But the real story of this year is you.
Austin, you love your oysters, and you welcomed us with open arms.
And, for that, we’re truly so grateful to be part of this community.

From day one to day 365, it’s been one shell of a year, and we owe it all to you.

Our caviar cart makes the rounds every Friday through Sunday, 7AM to 3PM. Hold out your hand for a $10 caviar bump, add a glass of bubbles for $5 more, or go all in for $15.

Easy luxury, no reservation-only fuss. Just brunch, oysters on ice, and a very good reason to say shuck yeah before noon.
