We teamed up with our pals from up in Dallas to create a crisp, West Coast IPA. It leads with a citrus blast, think orange marmalade, followed by even more orange and fruitiness from tangerine, melon and mango and of course that classic dank essence. Ends on a soft, dry note with a pleasant bitterness. 🍊🍈🥭

𝚁𝙸𝙲𝙷 𝙶𝙸𝚁𝙻 Robust Porter 6%
Dark as a moonless night and perfect for sipping on while snuggling up to a fire. Expect aromatic notes of toasted marshmallow, roasted grain and caramel goodness. Flavors of roasty toasty malt will hit your palate first, backed up with a slight herbal hoppiness and lingering caramel malt. This one makes for a full bodied, smooth mouthfeel that pairs nicely with our Texas winter! 🔥🪵

CALLING ALL CHILI COOKS! We’re looking for 15 chili cooks (professional & amateur alike) to bring their fiercest face off at our Annual Chili Cook Off!🧑🏼‍🍳 SUN 12/14 2-5PM

2PM: Public Tasting Begins
2:30-3:30PM: Judges Tasting
3:45PM: Fan Favorite Announcement
4PM: Winners Announcement

Participants are required to bring chili in hot holding container (crockpot, instapots, etc) with low voltage. We recommend bringing 4+ quarts for public sampling. Sampling items like 2oz cups, spoons and napkins will be provided.

There are no requirements for this cook off when it comes to style–just bring your favorite chili and a little flare! Garnishes and limited table signage are permitted. BEANS are welcome 🫘

Christmas came early this year–our Zilker elves have been working hard, preparing, canning and packaging Bad Wrap for Santa to deliver around town. This pour is a true Christmas delight!

AROMA: sweet pine, orange, pineapple, passionfruit, peach, and mango
FLAVOR: ripe and nectarous character, juicy orange, zesty lemon and pine
