Our Home On the East Side
In 2013, Austin Eastciders started making amazing cider on the East Side of option in a small building off of Springdale. The team worked 7 days a week to keep up with an ever-growing demand all while officing out of a small shipping container (with an AC unit, in case you were concerned). We eventually outgrew the space and had to move out of the small cidery on Springdale, but the building was always our first home and we had no intention of letting it go. Four years later, the Austin Eastciders Collaboratory moved in
The Eastciders Collaboratory opened in November 2017 with the goal of continuing our tradition of innovation and serving up delicious cider. The Collaboratory serves as our testing ground where we can experiment with fun flavors, barrel-aging our like tequila or rum barrel-aged cider, or local collaborations (get it, Collab-oratory). It serves as a local spot, a destination, or just a place to grab a drink after work.
We host live music every Wednesday and Sunday in front of the blue velvet curtain along with a variety of other great events that deliver on a true East Austin experience.
