After swinging through restaurants in NYC and opening his own place in the Catskills, James has returned to start a new concept in Texas that reach into his culinary background and love for local produce. Get a little sneak preview of what he has been working on.

Tonight, tomorrow, and Thursday, we will only be running the w**e bar menu. Still plenty of great things to make it a dinner, or a snack and a glass, maybe two. Chef’s Tasting Menu and à la carte dinner returns on Friday. We have a few reservations still available for this weekend. Walk-ins always
