Eureka--This first attempt at a Gluten Free Porter is a resounding success. It came in a bit thinner than expected but with an ABV of 7.0%. So I guess we can call it a thin Baltic Porter or an Extra Robust Porter. Forced carbonated 16 oz. of it last night...tremendous!!!! So, who would like to serve as a taster?
