We all did a great thing y'all!

A big THANK YOU to everybody who purchased a DIRTY ornament these past few weeks at the bar and online. Because of your generosity, we were able to donate $2,500 to our local Dell Children's Hospital. Your donation goes towards much-needed, high-quality healthcare programs and services throughout Central Texas for young patients.

I hope you feel good about yourselves cause we feel pretty good on our end.

With that being said, a HUGE thank you to our wonderful staff who sold a majority of them during their shifts to patrons letting them know it all went to a good cause.

We still have a handful left we will be giving away these next few days to people so stop by and spend these past days with us before we close for Christmas Eve.

We will be open tonight in case y’all are done arguing with your weird uncle. 8p to 2a.

We're kicking off May with something special that we've been sitting on for some time now. It's something we are VERY proud of, and opens the door to working with and supporting up-and-coming designers and artists.
⠀
We are honored to announce our SAGE Studio x DIRTY Bills collaboration!
SAGE Studio is a studio and gallery for adults with disabilities located here in Austin, Texas. Created in 2017 and spearheaded by Lucy Gross and Katie Stahl, they are passionate about integrating artists with disabilities into the contemporary art scene in Austin.
We worked together to have one of their artists come up with something very special and unique for the bar.
⠀
Our featured artist, Rick Fleming, is an accomplished portrait artist, drummer, and former bodybuilder. Rick is equally adept in drawing and painting. With his signature humor and standout line work, he uses images and text to capture the essence of his subjects. His work is in private collections across the country and has been represented at New York City’s Outsider Art Fair, the premiere art fair in the world for self-taught artists. Rick was recently commissioned by the Joe Biden campaign to draw a portrait of the President to be reproduced as an official Biden tote bag and since then Rick was able to design a shirt that we are all so excited about releasing next month.

Available in a black and white shirt option, ALL proceeds go directly back to SAGE Studios! In addition, the first 100 shirts come with a free limited edition gnome poster, also created by artist Rick Fleming.

Until you can get out of our door guys face asking, “wHy dO I hAvE tO sHoW aN ID?!” and “cAn yOu mAkE mE a TiTos VoDkA LiKe tHe lAsT bAr” while spitting/yelling at our bartender’s faces on a Friday night...

It’s not political. It’s just that sometimes you guys can be downright nasty and mean while drunk. 🤷

But yeah, we are almost out of this but it won’t happen overnight. We will gradually ease into this like a responsible business.

Ok, so we were supposed to do this big weekly free event that you had to RSVP to and such but then this big storm hit Texas (you probably saw it on the news) and we had to change some things up.
⠀
Our good friends over at  have been giving out free meals for the last few days over at their restaurant so a HUGE thank you to them. 
⠀
We made a few phone calls and were still able to bring you 100 free meals tomorrow in front of our bar and we are still able to set you guys up with some VIA 313 pizzas on Wednesday and Thursday. 
⠀
This time around you don't have to RSVP. You just show up and get a hot meal in ya. 
⠀
Also if you want to come out tomorrow to the bar we will all be there hanging out accepting water and food for a Central Texas Food Bank donation. There are still a lot of people (like myself) who don't have access to clean water.

But yeah. Spread the word and get it out there. Just show up.

Ok here we go, first off...a HUGE thank you to everybody who purchased a DIRTY Mayor shirt.
 
Judging from everybody's tags and mentions it looks like everybody should be receiving their order by today or tomorrow the latest. (Or Friday judging by your out of state location.)

We think it was a great success and in total we are now able to provide over 500 meals to our service industry workers and first responders! 500!
⠀
What's next? Well we are working on those details now. We are getting together with a few restaurants which we will split the donations with and will set up a RSVP website for all meal pickups soon. (Also if you are with a restaurant and would like to get in on the support please reach out to us!)

Lastly, we will never print this shirt again...so stop asking. We did however drop off all remaining shirts to the bar and they will be on a first come first serve basis starting today. All of these sales will go into the donation basket also, so jump on it.

2020 has been a wild ride. It has been a rough year for our bar and the service industry as a whole.

To commemorate the 2020 year in spectacular fashion we decided to make a shirt honoring the one individual who stood by us all.
⠀
We are honored to showcase our final DIRTY shirt of the 2020 year which is dedicated to the great Mayor of Austin, Steve Adler.
⠀
• Only 100 shirts were made.
⠀
• 60 shirts are NOW available at the bar. 40 shirts are online and will be shipped out on January 8th. (All online orders will ship out with a bonus DIRTY Adler sticker!)
⠀
• All proceeds from sales will provide meals to our fellow service industry workers and first responders.
⠀
•Meals will be provided and purchased from Oakmont Food Company, Bad Larry Burgers and more. (More details to follow. If you are another restaurant that wants to help out, please reach out!)

• Additional support and meals will be matched by Milagro and Tully. (If you are another brand or rep that wants to help out, please reach out!)

• As we say goodbye to the final DIRTY days of 2020, let's help out our fellow Service Industry and First Responders. Keep your heads up and bring on 2021!
