Thank you & for coming in yesterday and tasting our goodies. We hope to see everyone at the festival this weekend where we will be making a smoked & braised beef shoulder sandwich in the style of Bollito Misto. We are smoking the beef at L’Oca and making the bread over at ⭐️ Thanks to Cody Hendricks for baking the beautiful bread (pizza bianca) for the event.
