It can't be tropical without rain, right?

's guided rum tasting was set by the ambiance of tropical Texas thunderstorms , but everyone who was there was a trooper and powered through!

We served two Asian-inspired tiki cocktails:

- Calpi-Colada: Xaymaca, Calpico Concentrate, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup

- Pandan-Killer: Xaymaca, pandan syrup, sweetened coconut cream, pineapple juice, orange juice

We meant to post this on New Year's Eve but ran into a snafu with our Capcut account. Let's pretend it's 2025 again for one reel!

We worked for the lovely Janet Kay for our last tiki event of the year, for her inaugural pool party. We're always honored to be a party of people's first pool parties after their pools are finished!

Cocktails:

🌀 Hurricane: .uk XO rum, 12 year rum, fresh lemon juice, passion fruit syrup (we love the recipe)

☕ Rumspresso Martini: spiced rum, cold brew concentrate, oat milk, vanilla syrup, cinnamon syrup

🍋‍🟩 Verdita Margarita: blanco tequila, orange curacao, verdita green juice (pineapple, jalapeno, cilantro, mint, cucumber), fresh lime juice, agave nectar

We made some fun Asian-inspired fall cocktails for 's VIP mixer yesterday at 's downtown office.

🍊 to 🍎: Bourbon, orange cheong, apple cider, lemon juice, Angostura bitters

🐼 Fizz (from ): Tito's Vodka, Pear Brandy, Calpico, Lemon Juice and Pandan Syrup

When you make pandan syrup from fresh pandan, it turns a bright green color. Perfect for making any cocktail Halloween ready!

We loved our 2nd time at time at on Saturday! We had a non-stop line, so these are the few pics we were able to snap when we had a chance.

We made 2 cocktails, a Rumspresso Martini with Spiced Rum and a Painkiller (PKNY recipe from ) with the Smoked Coconut & White Rums.

Tomorrow's the day! Sneak peek at the menu for the Rum Release Tiki Party at . They'll be releasing their 2-year barrel aged rum, which we'll be using in a classic daiquiri 🍹

There will be live music from Triple Bogey, with special guest Bob Spalding. He is in the band , the band responsible for the original Hawaii Five-0 theme song!

It wouldn't really be a luau without a whole roasted pig! is roasting an entire pig to pair perfectly with our tiki drinks 🌺

The month of May flew by so quickly we didn't get a chance to post about AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) Heritage Month! Since we've gained quite a few new followers as well, we wanted to re-introduce ourselves, especially as an AAPI, woman-owned business!

Texas Tiki Time is an immersive mobile tiki bar experience. What does that mean? We create an entire tiki bar experience for your event, and make your guests feel like they're on a beach.

We bring everything but the sand (and alcohol) for your experience, so all you have to provide is the space & alcohol for us to craft drinks with!

We make our tiki drinks with fresh squeezed juices and house made syrups & cordials. We can also make most of our cocktails as mocktails so kids/people who don't drink alcohol can have a tasty drink too!
