This is a little hard for us to post, but sometimes you just have to ask your people for help.

This past year has been a tough one for small businesses like ours.

We’ve had way more rain than normal, stretches of brutal Texas heat, and we’re also feeling a bigger shift happening everywhere — people are drinking less alcohol. When your business is built around an outdoor dog park and a bar, all three of those things hit pretty hard.

So today, we’re asking our community for something simple:

If you’re coming to see us, please consider grabbing something from the bar. A b**r. A w**e. A soda. A sparkling water. Whatever sounds good.

You don’t have to spend a lot. You don’t have to drink alcohol. Every single purchase helps us keep our gates open.

Behind this place are real people who love what we’ve built here. It’s our staff. It’s the dogs who lose their minds when they realize where the car is headed. It’s the regulars who have become friends. It’s the friendships and relationships that started here.

We want to keep being that place for you.

Small businesses don’t have endless resources to weather difficult seasons. Sometimes we survive them because the people who love what we’ve created choose to show up for us.
