Where do we go from here?

The success of events at our venue obviously depend on attendance, so please invite your friends to this group. My ultimate goal is to be able to attract exciting brands and small unknown brands by the very fact that I can assure them that they will be able to put their wares in the hands and palettes of appreciative, knowledgeable drinkers who know what’s up? I’ll be posting events here for the brands that will be coming to show us classic and new expressions.
The more the merrier. Before the big departure we all took from normalcy, our turnout here at Seven Grand and Las Perlas was legendary. So if I, with your help, can get us back to a place where things get huge, that just means more frequent events with more bang for your buck. In other words, our participation is our currency and this is how we will build a flourishing network. I’m merely there to greet you at the door. I hope to see you soon at our next event.

Hey, thanks for checking out our group, I hope you decide to stick around. Let me tell you a little about what we want to accomplish. Our main objective is to create community and as the land lays today there are many groups out there doing spirits tasting and education, so my focus will mainly be to offer a large comfortable venue IRL and here on the dim web. I’ll constantly look for opportunities to partner with other existing spirit groups. As a host I will strive to get your questions answered and for sure another pour of that one thing you like.

You, along with the rest of the group can help me mold the experience and the events we book, probably things I haven’t thought of yet. So watch for polls and discussions here in the group page. Our live events are going to be a little more varied than we’d done in the past. So keep an eye out for workshops, games, cosplay (black hooded robes are on back order).

A little about me, I started working at Seven Grand in 2017, I’m the one that’s been in these buildings the longest. Because of those long times, I’ve been to a ton of Societies and Collectives. I’ve been a careful student of these presentations, an eager participant at every distillery tour in Texas and Kentucky. Does that make me an expert, I don’t think so, the only thing I have is keen and well trained sense of smell and taste, knowledge of production practices and some industry jargon. In other words, I know what should have if you make it a certain way and what those things are called. (Shrug)

From here on out, you can count on me to follow my heart to host our events, book with our community in mind and always make sure that we are having fun along the way.
