Our initial configuration of 7 fermenters, our Brewhouse delivers 420 barrels of simultaneous fermenting capacity in a single cycle, which equals over 13,000 gallons or nearly 140,000 bottles or cans of b**r per cycle, or approximately 1.7 Million bottles or cans annually. Our Taproom provides complete v

isibility into the Brewhouse, making it a central point of conversation and allowing our patrons to participate in the brewing process. What’s On Tap
* Dang IT American IPA (6.5%): Classic IPA vibes with pine and citrus notes from Cascade and Centennial hops.
* Haze Dreams Hazy IPA (6.1%): Juicy, tropical, and packed with citrus flavor from a huge blend of hop favorites.
* Peach Wheat (5.2%): Super juicy peach over a smooth wheat base with a crisp finish.
* Chocolate Vanilla Brown Ale (5.2%): Brewed with cocoa nibs and vanilla—honestly tastes straight-up like a bowl of Cocoa Puffs.

On Tap Today:

* Brewer's Blunder Czech Rye L***r (6.1%): Born from a happy misunderstanding! Expect a slightly sweet, toasty base from dark Czech la**rs paired with rye malt, a touch of spice, and a crisp, dry finish.
* Black Velvet Band (5.4%): Light, smooth, and easy-drinking with pleasant roasty notes and subtle hints of chocolate.
