🚨 Turnkey Bar Opportunity – Downtown Augusta 🚨

First, thank you to everyone who’s commented and reached out after our closing announcement — your kind words mean a lot.

Tip Top Taps has the bones for a great business — prime location, ideal layout, and fully equipped. The right person could take it further and turn it into something truly special.

With later hours, tapas, cocktails, and focused marketing added to the fine craft beer and wine we built our name on, this could be a no-brainer success.

I’m willing to leave everything in place for the next several weeks for the right person, at a very reasonable turnkey price. This is far less than starting from scratch, and the opportunity is ready now. The new owner must secure their own alcohol license and be qualified in the eyes of the landlord.

With heavy hearts, we share that Tip Top Taps will be closing its doors this Saturday.

This has been an incredibly tough decision, and one we didn’t make lightly. We’re so grateful for the memories made, the friendships formed, and every story shared over a cold mug of beer. You’ve made this place more than just a taproom you made it a community.

As we prepare to say goodbye, we invite you to stop by this week for one last pour. Come grab a crowler, fill a growler, or simply sit and enjoy a final drink with us. Everything on tap will be heavily discounted because we’d rather raise a glass with you than see any beer go to waste.

Thank you for the support, the laughter, and the love. From the bottom of our hearts cheers, friends. 🍻
