We’ve often been asked, ‘Who is Revel Jane?’ and well… we feel it would be a disservice to not start from the beginning.

Our son’s middle name is Adler. Sound familiar? You guessed it. He is the face behind the name of our famous burgers. He has also always been our very first customer, and that didn’t change when we opened the Auburndale location.

What did change is our new little home away from home, bar next door, Revel Jane’s. Face behind the name? Our daughter, Revel Jane:)

We stamped parts of our lives into everything we do to ensure we never lose sight of who we are. Local at heart, family always, friends to all, and that’s who we’ll always be. Thanks for coming along for the ride with us❤️
