Dark sadness has fallen upon our home as Henry’s time to leave us came very suddenly in the dark morning hours of August 7. We adopted Henry as a senior dog, and he was our biggest challenge. With much training, love, and patience, Henry learned to trust humans, and love us as his MomDad. Everyone that met him, loved him. He was the sweetest snuggle bug too. We wish we had more than four years with you Henry. We love and miss you so much.

New Mexico Hatch chilies in the PNW? Yes, please! A yearly event hosted by Carpinito Bros Farm, one can purchase freshly roasted NM Hatch green chilies at reasonable prices. We purchased four pounds each of mild and medium.

Our plans are Chile Colorado, and Hatch Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas…to start! So delicious!

Fun fact! We placed these freshly roasted chilies, that were in sealed bags, in the trunk of Sprout, our BMW Z3, and even with the top down we could smell those chilies all the way home. Delicious!
