My name is Ryan, I am one of the Service Managers in Auburn Hills, MI. I will be overseeing our full bar that serves delicious, hand-crafted cocktails!

I've been a Roadie for 9 legendary years and in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. I've lived in both Wayne and Macomb counties but was born and raised in Oakland and am an avid kayaker.

My favorite thing on the menu would either be our 14 oz Signature Ribeye, or the Southern Fried Chicken with a side of our Seasoned Corn and Garlic Mashed Potatoes with gravy. My favorite Mocktail is the Mystic Berry Refresher with a Red Bull added.

Meet Nicole, one of our Back of the House Key Hourly team members! Nicole first joined the Bubba's 33 team in 2020 before leaving to pursue other opportunities. This past July, she returned as a Roadie, and we're so grateful to have her back! With 19 years of kitchen experience, Nicole says Bubba's 33 has always felt like home—and now it's her forever home!

When she's not working, Nicole enjoys our Mango Margarita, and her favorite menu item is the Creamy Chipotle Pasta! She can't wait to show the community what Bubba's 33 is all about. Make sure to say hi to Nicole when you visit!
