Sometimes community means looking out for one another.

We’ve heard from a lot of folks who were left with gift cards they can no longer use, and while we can’t replace those purchases, we wanted to do something to show our appreciation for the people who support local businesses.

Summer is hitting Au Gres, and we’re leaning all the way into it at The Four One’s Landing — cold drinks, big burgers, and the kind of patio-season food that makes you forget what day it is.

This week’s Burger of the Week is The Cardiac Classic — stacked with chili sauce, melted cheddar cheese, and crispy onions. It’s messy, cheesy, ridiculous, and exactly the kind of burger you talk yourself into ordering before you even sit down.

And for the Cocktail of the Week, we’re going tropical with a Blue Hawaiian — bright, ice-cold, and basically summer in a glass.

Well… we survived Memorial Day weekend. Barely.
It was crazy, it was wonderful, and we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came out and kept us running all weekend long. We appreciate you more than you know.

Now that we’ve all collectively remembered what day it is, here’s this week’s lineup:

🔥 Burger of the Week: The Fuego Burger
Pepper jack cheese, bacon, jalapeños, crispy fried onions, and ghost pepper mayo.
It’s got heat, it’s got crunch, and it may or may not make you question your life choices — in the best way.

🍸 Cocktail of the Week: Passionfruit Cranberry Martini
Bright, fruity, dangerous in the way cocktails like this always are, and made with passionfruit cranberry vodka.

And on a side note — tonight is our last Euchre night of the season!
Come throw some cards, talk a little trash, and help us send Euchre off properly until winter rolls back around.

AU GRES — JULY 3RD IS GOING TO BE BIG.

We’re throwing a Parking Lot Party at the 4-1’s featuring REDBURN live at The Four One’s Landing.

We’re turning the lot into a full outdoor concert setup with cold drinks, food all night, bikes, trucks, cars, and a pre-4th of July party right here in Au Gres.

Friday, July 3rd
Gates open at 4PM
Music starts at 6PM
$5 at the door

We’ll have beer, wine, seltzers, canned cocktails, and a full concert food lineup with smash burgers, glizzies, walking nachos, loaded fries, pretzels, pulled pork, and mac bowls.

Bring your people. Bring your lawn chairs. Bring the bikes, trucks, and cars. Come early, grab a spot, and help us kick off the holiday weekend the right way.
