The Salvation Army USA is collecting funds to "provide physical, emotional, and spiritual care to survivors and relief workers." Donated dollars are being spent to support the organizations disaster teams, which help with both relief efforts and clean-up.
You can help with Hurricane Harvey relief efforts by donating cash or checks to drop-off kettles at the following locations:
