It’s wild to think we started Home Bar Network in our little studio apartment back in 2020, and now both our family and this business have grown in ways we never could’ve imagined.

This celebration has become one of our favorite days of the year, and this year’s race was the best yet. Congratulations , the first woman trainer to ever win the Derby! Ever heard of yuzu kosho? 💥

This has been our latest obsession. A vibrant Japanese paste made from yuzu peel, chili peppers, and salt, fermented to develop its signature depth and complexity.

We transform it into a layered cocktail syrup with ginger green tea and organic cane sugar, creating something bright, nuanced, and gently warming on the finish.

Tonight’s cocktail brings it all together:�tequila blanco, yuzu kosho syrup, fresh-squeezed grapefruit and lemon, housemade cocktail foam, and a touch of Peychaud’s bitters.

The standout of the night: pineapple margs made with our own pineapple oleo saccharum colored with a hint of blue spirulina for a soft, custom hue that tied seamlessly into the brand aesthetic. 🩵 Paired with a round of wellness shots—fresh-squeezed orange, lemon, ginger, turmeric, and raw honey—for a bright, revitalizing boost throughout the evening.

Thoughtful details, vibrant flavors, and a room full of radiant energy… exactly the kind of night we love to be part of.
