"Hi! I’m Elsa Martin owner and baker of Abuelita’s Flans. I’ve been baking Cuban custards since the age of six years old, alongside with my lovely grandmother who is also named Elsa. I was born in Hialeah,FL from Cuban descent. After moving to Georgia, I decided to continue expanding my business. Baking not just custards, but now Cuban pastelitos(pastries). The main satisfaction of what we do is hearing our customers feedback. Hearing how much our custards remind them of their childhood, and also hearing how much those who have never tried them, love the new flavors. We hope to continue bringing that flavor to more and more people!"
