People always ask me, “Nicky, what’s your favorite Brown Girl Mixers flavor?”

And I always say… I love them all. I created them all.

But if I’m being honest, the seasonal flavors have a special place for me.

Those are the flavors I picked to match the feeling of the year.

Raspberry Grapefruit for spring — bright, tart, and fresh.

Peach Rosemary Sage for summer — juicy, herbal, and a little unexpected.

Apple Pear for fall — crisp, cozy, but still light enough for Atlanta weather.

And Harvest Spice for winter — warm, spiced, and ready for the holidays.

The seasonals are where I get to play a little more. They’re tied to memories, weather, gatherings, and what people actually want to sip as the year changes.

So yes, I have favorites.

They just rotate with the season.

Friday Pour: Apple Pear Sidecar

This week’s cocktail is a fresh take on a classic sidecar using our seasonal Apple Pear Syrup.

The Apple Pear brings soft fruit and fall flavor, while the cognac, lemon, and orange liqueur keep it bright and balanced. It is perfect for those early fall weekends when you want something a little cozy, but still light.

Save the recipe, grab a bottle at the market, or order online.

Ingredients
1½ oz cognac or brandy
¾ oz Brown Girl Mixers Apple Pear Syrup
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz orange liqueur
Ice
Optional garnish: sugar rim, lemon twist, or thin apple slice
Instructions
Add cognac, Apple Pear Syrup, lemon juice, and orange liqueur to a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish with lemon twist or apple slice.

September is here, and we are fully booked with markets, pop-ups, and the return of a fall favorite. 🍎🍐

We’ll be at our regular 7 farmers markets all month long, so you can catch us at the same places you already know and love.

2 oz Blanco tequila⁠
1 oz Fresh lime juice⁠
1/2 oz Orange juice⁠
3/4 oz Brown Girl Mixers Cucumber Jalapeño Syrup⁠
Ice⁠
